The August heat always makes me look forward to the coming cooler weather of fall, but never quite ready to give up the sweetness of summer with all the flowers and the garden at its best... there's so much work to be done, but also so much to enjoy in the process! July brings one of our favorite seasons here at Sunnybrook Gardens Ltd:  DAYLILY SEASON!  And with the explosion of flowers and color in the gardens comes the daunting task of trying to keep up with the weeding and dead-heading of the daylilies!  It's a busy season to say the least, but very much enjoyed while it lasts!
