July brings one of our favorite seasons here at Sunnybrook Gardens Ltd:  DAYLILY SEASON!  And with the explosion of flowers and color in the gardens comes the daunting task of trying to keep up with the weeding and dead-heading of the daylilies!  It's a busy season to say the least, but very much enjoyed while it lasts!

With more snow than rain showers in April, the May flowers have been slower blooming here in Ohio than in years past, but the first day of May couldn't be any prettier today with the sun shining (finally!), blue skies and warm temperatures... it is all of the things we love about Spring coming into its own!  Mother's Day is just around the corner and if you've been searching for something special for mom, grandma, aunts, or friends we think we can help!

Daylily Season is over for 2017 and usually the sale bed for the coming year has been lined out and by now, but this year with temperatures in the mid 90's and no rain in sight, I held off longer than usual to line out the new divisions for next year.  A break in the heat wave and finally some rain in the forecast meant that I was finally able to tuck everyone in this weekend! And I finished just in time for the rain to come!  Don't you just love it when it all works out that way?!   If...
