Enjoy our Cold Process Soaps
Our handmade, all natural, vegan friendly, cold-process soaps are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using our own recipes. Cold process is the method by which many handmade soaps are created by combining oils with a lye solution. While the process may be similar to how Grandma would have made it, we are fortunate to be able to use premium plant-based ingredients and a scale for precise measuring! Plus, our recipes are carefully formulated to be gentle and good for your skin. Just like with cooking, not all recipes and ingredients are created equally!

Please note that while lye (sodium hydroxide) is used to create the soap, there is no lye remaining in the finished soap-- it has all combined with the organic vegetable oils and butters in a process called saponification. (Pretty cool right? Even after all these years, we are still in love with the process!) Plus our recipes are super-fatted with extra skin loving oils in the soap, to be gentle and good for your skin.
