Each bar comes with a parchment paper label (ingredients are listed on the back of label) and also a heat seal band around the center to hold the label in place.
Average weight of each bar is approximately 4 ounces, and the average size is about 2.25" x 3.25" x 1.25" thick. (Sizes and weights are approximate as they are heaviest when first sliced and then shrink slightly and become lighter as they dry and harden.)

Ingredients: Hand-milled with handmade organic coconut milk soap (saponified organic palm oil, olive oil, organic coconut oil, organic palm kernel oil, organic coconut milk (organic coconut milk, organic guar gum), organic shea butter, organic cocoa butter and organic castor oil) plus almond meal, tocopherols (natural vegetable-based vitamin E), and therapeutic bitter almond essential oil.
