July always disappears quickly in a blur of daylily blooms around here!  And while there's still many varieties left blooming in early August, the flood of color of all of them at peak bloom is over until next year.  All those hours working to keep up outside find us ready for some reprieve come August, but it is short-lived as we will begin to divide plants for next year's sale garden soon.  Local friends, if you've thought of adding some easy-going Daylily Plants to your gardens there's still time!  Contact us to come and adopt some this month! Happy July! July is one of my favorite months because of means that Daylily Season is here!   All that time working outside makes taking a little more care of my tired body all the more necessary and enjoyable too!

May is finally here and I am ready for all the May flowers!  In the meantime, it’s a great time for a little extra rest and self-care and our May Monthly Promotion Gift Box is a small but mighty box of two soaps for great skincare all month long and beyond! The August heat always makes me look forward to the coming cooler weather of fall, but never quite ready to give up the sweetness of summer with all the flowers and the garden at its best... there's so much work to be done, but also so much to enjoy in the process! July brings one of our favorite seasons here at Sunnybrook Gardens Ltd:  DAYLILY SEASON!  And with the explosion of flowers and color in the gardens comes the daunting task of trying to keep up with the weeding and dead-heading of the daylilies!  It's a busy season to say the least, but very much enjoyed while it lasts!
